As Tocco embarks on a mission to 100x accelerate the world’s transition to cleaner and healthier materials, we are looking for a Founder Associate with a unique blend of experience in product design and sustainability. This role will be instrumental in building a solid V1 of our materials impact data module and enriching our platform with engaging material/design-related content.

What you’ll do

• Craft Impact: Spearhead the development of tocco’s Materials Impact Data Module, making sustainability data actionable and insightful for our users.
• Communicate with Purpose: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to produce captivating content that educates and engages, spanning blogs, social media, and beyond.
• Connect and Innovate: Dive deep into the sustainability and materials science communities, bringing back cutting-edge trends and insights to incorporate into Tocco’s ecosystem.
• Collaborate Creatively: Work hand-in-hand with our product and content teams to design educational materials that shine a light on sustainable design practices.

This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the early stages of startup building while getting a bird's-eye view of how a startup functions. More importantly, this role will accelerate your learning by giving you unparalleled access to the founders' insights.

🧑‍🎨you’re a good fit if

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Asian languages is advantageous. Additional languages are welcome.
• Communication Skills: Strong capabilities in both written and verbal communication, able to produce engaging content for various channels from Linkedin to Instagram.
• Sustainability Impact framework: Ability to lead the development of tocco’s Materials Impact Data Module, incorporating sustainability metrics into our platform.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working closely with product and content teams to develop marketing materials on sustainable design and materials innovation.
• Industry Engagement: Active engagement with sustainability and materials science communities, with the skill to translate trends into actionable insights for tocco.
